    • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or accessories, for any reason, except where required by applicable law.

    • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@mokuglasses.com with:

      1. Your order number

      2. Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage

    • At our sole discretion, we will replace the defective or damaged item with the same model or an equivalent product. We do not issue monetary refunds.

    • Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
