When do pre-orders ship?
First units ship in the launch window shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order — that's what secures your place. If you change your mind before your pair ships, email us and we'll refund you in full.
Can I get prescription lenses?
Yes. Every frame takes single-vision or varifocal prescription lenses. Add your prescription after checkout, or send it in later from your account.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours of mixed use, and the charging case adds several full top-ups. A 15-minute charge gets you back to roughly half.
How do people know when I'm recording?
A white indicator light on the front of the frame turns on whenever the camera is active, and it cannot be disabled.
What if I don't like them?
Send them back within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is on us, no questions asked.
